[NAVREDESIGN] Wallet Screen (NFT List)

Build `NFTList` component for `WalletList` component on `Wallet Screen`.

### **Technical Details**

- Create nft list component
- Create nft item component to use in section list
- Create nft section header for section list
- This includes all accounts work
- Assume all accounts data is in the same structure as other accounts so account selection logic will function the same way for both all accounts and single accounts
