### **Description**
Build `TokenList` component for `WalletList` component on `Wallet Screen`.
### **Technical Details**
- Create token list component
- Create token item component to use in list
- Add token list amount as header
- This includes all accounts work
- Assume all accounts data is in the same structure as other accounts so account selection logic will function the same way for both all accounts and single accounts
