Update design of `Wallet` screen.

### **Technical Details**

- Update screen to use new design
- Use new tab bar component
- Use new account + network switcher components
- Good idea to create nav bar component that includes settings icon, fox logo, and QR icon
- Create `Wallet List` component that holds `Token`, `NFT`, and `Activity` list
- Whole page needs to reflect account + network switches

Start with the Wallet screen and the linked Figma navigation redesign. Review how the tab bar, account and network switchers, navigation bar, and Wallet List are represented in the current mobile app. Done should match the new design and reflect account and network changes throughout the page, but acceptance criteria still need to be defined.
