Description

**Describe the bug**

Staking transactions are initially displayed correctly in the Activity list. However, after restarting the app or switching networks, these transactions may be relabeled as "Smart Contract Interactions".

**Expected behavior**

Staking transactions should remain clearly labeled as staking transactions in the Activity list, regardless of app restarts or network switches.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the Activity list on iOS using the stated steps: submit a staking transaction, then restart the app or switch networks. Compare the transaction classification before and after those actions, and verify that staking transactions remain labeled as staking transactions in version 7.79.0 behavior.
