Description

### Describe the bug

On first connect to a website, the favicon is not present in state, so the globe icon is used instead. But it is smaller than the container. It only takes up 25% of the available space.

Also, the globe icon is not used above the website title in the connect screen. See both screenshots below.

### Expected behavior

Globe icon fills the container.

Research direction

Reproduce the first-time connection flow on iOS and inspect the connection screen and permissions updated toast where the globe icon is rendered. The fix is done when the fallback globe fills its container in both locations, matching the expected screenshots.
