Description

### Describe the bug

If I just open the browser tabs and click back, it forces me onto a web page first. I have to double click to go back to the explore page

Research direction

Reproduce the back-button flow on an iPhone running iOS with version 7.77.0, build 4939, using the linked Slack reproduction steps. Trace browser-tab navigation when returning to Explore; done means one back action navigates directly to Explore instead of requiring a second back action.
