[Bug]: Confirmations - The fees displayed for a failing transaction are disproportionate ie $18k

**Describe the bug**

The fee details displayed for a failing transaction are disproportionate ie $18k.
If I don't have the Simualte tx feature, I would not see that transaction is going to fail, but I would see a disroportionate amount in fees.
Initially they display Not Available

**Expected behavior**

Not sure what should be the best here 🤔

1. Go to the test daqpp
2. Connect with an empty account
3. Click Malicious ERC20 Transfer
4. Click fees

Reproduce the issue in the test dapp on Android with an empty account: use Malicious ERC20 Transfer, then open fees, comparing behavior with and without Simulate tx. Start by tracing the confirmation fee display and simulation paths; because the expected behavior is unspecified, confirm the desired handling with maintainers, then verify failing transactions no longer show disproportionate fees.
