[Bug]: BadgeWrapper issue on android causes tiny icons

### Describe the bug

Icons can sometimes be tiny on Android due to the `BadgeWrapper`. As I understand it:
`it waits until whole image is loaded and then reserves correct space, ios is doing it even before it loads the image`

### Expected behavior

No tiny icons
