[Bug]: Token network badge icons become very tiny after token list reorders due to price updates

### Describe the bug

On the home screen token list, some token network badge icons are extremely small (microscopic) — barely visible. The issue affects tokens that are close in fiat value and frequently swap positions in the list as asset prices update. When token prices update and cause tokens to reorder in the list, the network badge icons for the affected tokens render at a microscopic size. Tokens with stable list positions maintain the correct badge size.

### Expected behavior

All token network badge icons in the token list should display at a consistent, properly sized scale regardless of list reordering caused by price updates.

1. Open the app and go to the home screen
2. Have multiple tokens with similar fiat values that cause frequent reordering as prices update
3. Observe the token list as prices update and tokens swap positions
4. Observe: tokens that swapped positions now have extremely tiny/microscopic network badge icons
