[Bug]: Rehydrate unable to login without biometric

### Describe the bug

Due to removal of biometric swtich, rehydrate without biometric will fallback to OauthRehydrate Screen.

User still able to login after closing and reopen the app.

1. Re-login with existing social account
2. enter password and decline biometric
3. fallback to OauthRehydrate screen
