[Bug]: Link to the transaction details in explorer in Activity tab is not shown for all networks

**Describe the bug**

Link to the transaction details in explorer in Activity tab is not shown for all networks.
Base, Arbitrum, Op, Polygon and BNB do not have links to the tx details in block explorer:

For other networks - Etherscan, Linea, zkSync, Sei, Avalanche, Bitcoin, Solana and Tron - the tx details link is present in three different formats: `View on block explorer / View details / View on Etherscan`.

**Expected behavior**

Block explorer link to transaction details is displayed for all networks.

2. Click in the transaction to see Block explorer link
