[Bug]: Max button and Insufficient funds

**Describe the bug**

The "Max" button should automatically deduct the estimated fees from the maximum amount to ensure the transaction can be completed successfully

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Open MetaMask mobile app
2. Navigate to a supported network (e.g., Linea)
3. Ensure you have USDC or another convertible token in your wallet
4. Click on "Convert to mUSD"
5. Click the "Max" button to select the maximum amount
6. Observe the amount populated in the input field
7. Attempt to proceed with the conversion/click "Continue"
8. Check if the transaction can be completed or if there's an error about insufficient funds for gas
