Description

### What is this about?

Currently, the three-dot menu in the Token Details view is displayed for non-native tokens on EVM networks, which works as intended.
However, on non-EVM networks, this menu also appears for native tokens. The ‘View on Block Explorer’ link for native tokens defaults to the block explorer homepage instead of a specific token page, whereas for non-native tokens, it correctly directs users to the relevant token page.

It would be much appreciated if the three-dot menu could be removed for native tokens on non-EVM networks to improve consistency and user experience.

### Scenario

1. Switch to non-EVM network (Solana / Bitcoin / Tron)
2. Select native token
3. From Tokens details screen navigate to three dot menu and select "View on block explorer"

Research direction

Start by reproducing the scenario in the Tokens details view on Solana, Bitcoin, or Tron with a native token. Locate the logic controlling the three-dot menu, then verify that it is hidden for native tokens on non-EVM networks while existing behavior for non-native tokens and EVM networks remains unchanged.
