Description
As a user, I want to add a network myself, such that I am successful in adding the intended network.
Considerations:
- Give appropriate errors if the user adds the wrong network details
- Allow adding network from main network switcher

Research direction
Start from the main network switcher and the existing manual network-add flow. Define the validation errors for incorrect network details and confirm that a user can add the intended network from the switcher; the issue provides no file or test names to guide further navigation.
