[Bug]: Earn flow: when tx is Approved or Confirmed, there is flickering at the bottom of the screen.

### Describe the bug

Earn flow: when tx is Approved or Confirmed, there is flickering at the bottom of the screen on Android devices.
On the slow speed you can see that it is Transaction Submitted notification shown for a very brief time.

On iOS I didn't noticed any flickering, but Transaction Submitted notifications are not consistently shown - in the second recording, notification for the 1st ts Approval shown and for the 2nd tx Approval notification is not displayed.

### Expected behavior

Transaction notifications are displayed consistently and for a sufficient amount of time, so users have enough time to read them comfortably before they disappear.
