[Bug]: When Lending Deposit Approval fails, users are not shown a notification about the failed transaction,

### Describe the bug

When `Lending Deposit Approval` fails, users are not shown a notification about the failed transaction. Instead, they are taken back to the confirming transactions step. Unless the tx is cancelled users stuck on approving and confirming transactions.

### Expected behavior

Clear indication of the transaction failure.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create Lending approval that will fail
2. Click `Approve / Confirm`
3. Notice repeated approval / confirmation request for the same transaction
4. Approval tx is marked as `Failed `in the Activity tab
