Description

### Describe the bug

Confusing experience for Monad network on latest RC 7.60.0 (3133):

- The network is not added to the networks list (Monad testnet is displayed in custom networks, but not in Popular networks)
- Banner redirects to Portfolio page and there is no sap or bridge button
- If you're not familiar with Portfolio, you don't know how to swap, bridge, or see your tokens on Monad network

### Expected behavior

Have some info on Portfolio, guiding the user how to interact on Monad network

Research direction

Reproduce the `Jump to Monad` banner flow on the listed iPhone 15 and Pixel 6 Pro environments, then inspect the networks list and Portfolio entry points. Confirm that Monad is discoverable and that the Portfolio experience explains how to swap, bridge, and view tokens; use the linked recording as the current behavior reference.
