[Bug]: Stake: Unstake eth activity doesn't show the right data

### Describe the bug

When attempting to unstake eth, the tx seems to do something but after the tx is completed the amount unstaked is 0 and (nothing changed in the balance) -> **correction: The balance is updated, so unstake worked**

Beside that, the tx activity displayed is wrong initially (it seems displaying something happening in the pass, but with updated date, but not even related with unstake). Once you leave and get back the activity value is correct
