[Bug]: Predict - clicking on See Polymarket terms displays Error loading page

For a user where Polymarket is unavailable in their region, clicking on the link `See Polymarket terms` results in Error loading page

1. Polymarket unavailable in the user region
2. Click on Trade
3. Click on Predictions
4. Click Add funds
5. Click See Polymarket terms
6. Notice error

Reproduce on iOS or Android in a region where Polymarket is unavailable by following Trade > Predictions > Add funds > See Polymarket terms. Trace the Predictions and Add funds flow to identify how the terms link is opened. Done means the link no longer displays an error for unavailable regions.
