Description

**Describe the bug**

Send ERC20 with a token I don't have in my wallet displays 1 `Unknown` and Eth symbol. The confirmation screen could be improved?
I do see the symbol and ticker if I click the Advance details or in the Estimate balance changes

Research direction

Start by reproducing the ERC20 deeplink flow with a token absent from the wallet using the linked deeplinks generator, then inspect the confirmation screen where it displays Unknown and the ETH symbol. Done means the confirmation screen shows the correct ERC20 token symbol and ticker, consistently with Advanced details and the estimated balance changes.
