[Bug][`Asset`]: Fiat value not fully shown even though there's enough space

**Describe the bug**

On the assets page during the send flow, sometimes, we're not showing the full fiat value (2 decimals) even though there's enough space. It gets worse if the token has a very long name.

I don't have clear repro steps.
I was testing switching between fiat and token in the amount page and noticed this when I started the send flow again.
