[Bug]: Signature request account details balance displays the balance of the selected network in Network Manager

**Describe the bug**

When triggering any signature request and checking the account balance displayed in the details, the balance corresponds to the network selected in the Network picker, not the balance of the network displayed in the details

**Expected behavior**

Correct account balance to be displayed in the signature request details

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Select Linea network in the Network Manager
2. Connect to MetaMask test dapp on Ethereum Mainnet
3. Trigger any signature request
4. Click Account to check the details
5. Notice account Balance corresponds to Linea network, not Ethereum Mainnet
