[Bug]: When adding a new SRP to the wallet I can't read from QR code

### Describe the bug

When I click on account menu > add account > SRP, I can't scan a QR code to import a SRP.
When onboarding for the first time to MM mobile, I can scan a QR code to import a SRP.

We should have the QR code feature available on both flows.

5. Notice how there's no option to scan a QR code

Reproduce the account menu > add account > SRP flow on iOS and compare it with the first-time onboarding flow, where QR import is available. Trace the screens and entry points for both flows, then verify that the add-account SRP flow offers QR scanning and successfully imports an SRP like onboarding does.
