[Bug]: Different Jazzicon for the same SOL account

Related to https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-mobile/issues/15756 and fix https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-mobile/pull/15614

The same Solana account has different Jazzicon between my extension & mobile.

### Steps to reproduce

1. On mobile, import SRP with Solana account.
2. Switch to Solana account
3. Create solana account.
4. Created account is the same account as in the SRP imported.
5. The two same SOL account have different jazzicons.

Start with the mobile reproduction steps and compare the Jazzicon shown for the imported and newly created Solana accounts. Review the related issue 15756 and fix pull request 15614 for existing context; done means the same SOL account displays the same Jazzicon in the extension and mobile app.
