Description

Currently there are only two options in the mobile browser for search engine (DuckDuckGo and Google):

We should provide the end user with more options as well as a way to add their own custom option (similar to Chrome/Firefox/etc):

Research direction

Start by locating where the mobile browser defines the current DuckDuckGo and Google search-engine options and where users select them. The work is complete when users can choose from additional engines and add a custom search-engine option, with the behavior matching the examples in the issue.
