(mob) Update QR account Import naming by device (sync with extension)

Build: v7.39.0 (1529) on iOS

1. Install MM
2. Restore from SRP
3. Add hardware device [Keystone Device]
4. Import 2x Keystone QR accounts from account list
5. Verify the account names to be 'QR 1' & 'QR 2'

Expected: account names to be 'Keystone 1' & 'Keystone 2'
Actual: account names are 'QR 3' & 'QR 6'

This was mentioned in testing before the [PR](https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-mobile/pull/12976) was merged to main, as the issue was not existing in main.
