[Bug]: Connect account modal showing incorrect icon and dapp URL in top banner

### Describe the bug

When I tap to connect wallet to dapp the connect account modal shows incorrect dapp icon and URL.

This is occurring for other dapps when attempting to connect wallet.
This is also showing in production 7.31.0.

### Expected behavior

- should show appropriate dapp icon and url in banner

### Steps to reproduce

GIVEN I am on opensea.io using in-app browser
WHEN I tap Login
THEN Connect account modal is displayed
AND opensea icon is displayed in top banner (FAILED: incorrect icon is displayed; cache icon?)
AND opensea url is displayed in top banner (FAILED: incorrect url is shown)
