Show activity section after sending ETH or Token from MetaMask

**What problem are you trying to solve?**
On v8, after sending a token or ETH, the user is sent back to the Assets list.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
After a send is confirmed, show the user the activity view, so they can see the transaction ID, it's status, click on it, view on etherscan, etc.

The issue names no files or tests. Search the TypeScript extension UI for the send confirmation flow and the activity view, then trace how navigation currently returns to Assets. Done means confirmed ETH and token sends open Activity and expose the transaction status, ID, and explorer link; add or update the relevant tests found there.
