Pretty much every place we show an address, we should allow editing the name/icon inline, to preserve context, and encourage nicknaming, and the development of a more human readable interface.

Start by inventorying every interface location where the MetaMask extension displays an address, then determine how names and icons are currently represented. The issue is complete when inline editing is supported consistently across those locations and the resulting labels and icons preserve context for users.
