Description
For discussion: what if user (a) could invite user (b) to MetaMask by sending them a link to a pre-funded account? Technical and security complexity aside, this would be a huge win for UX
Some considerations
* link should only be useable once
* end-users must be able to pre-fund links, not just devs
* MVP maybe starts with a download link, then funding is second step
