Description

**Describe the bug**

I'm triggering the Send Malicious from the test dapp, and I'm seeing as if I would get a greater USDC value (native token) in return
This could trick users to perform tx's where they think they get more money back.
It's seems an issue with Arc network solely

**Expected behavior**

Estimated balance value should be correct

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Connect to the test dapp with ARc selected
2. Trigger a MAlicious Send native
3. See estimated balance value as if you get something in return

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the test dapp with Arc selected, using version 13.50.0, and compare the estimated balance with Mainnet. Trace the Send Malicious native-token flow and verify that the displayed estimated balance no longer suggests receiving value in return.
