Hidden an Account still appears in the Send To Recipient list

### Expected behavior

If an account is hidden, we shouldn't see it in the Send To account list

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Accounts
2. Hide one account
3. Start a Send flow
4. Select Recipient
5. See hidden account appears in the list
