[Bug]: Ramps - Minimum purchase Coinbase incorrect

**Describe the bug**

The minimum purchase amount displayed for Coinbase in MetaMask is 2 EUR
However, this only applies for ETH.
When selecting other token, like USD, USDT, SOL,BNB, buying for 2 EUR does not work on the Coinbase website, but it does work for 5 EUR

**Expected behavior**

Minimum purchase amount displayed in MetaMask to reflect correct amount, as on provider Coinbase website

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Click Buy
2. Select ETH
3. Type amount 2 EUR
4. Select Coinbase provider
5. Click Continue
6. Type 2 EUR on provider website
7. Notice Confirm & Purchase button is available and purchase is possible
8. Repeat steps 1-6 for a different token, like BNB, USDC, USDT, SOL
9. Notice Confirm & Purchase button is greyed out
10. Type 5 EUR instead of 2 on provider website
11. Notice Confirm & Purchase button is now available
