[Bug]: Onramps - Pay with screen displays tooltips without any information

**Describe the bug**

Pay with screen displays tooltips without any information when there is an error. Even if I hover, I don't see any text info

Display text info

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Click Buy
2. Select a weird token ie AUDIO
3. Click Payment method
4. See tooltips in both payment methods, but without any information
