Description
### Describe the bug
If Ledger device is locked and a send or swap transaction is initiated, there is no error message indicating the Ledger device is locked. The `Something went wrong` modal is displayed.
After the device is unlocked, the transactions are successful.

Research direction
Reproduce the send and swap flows with a connected, locked Ledger, then trace the error handling that leads to the “Something went wrong” modal. Done means a locked device produces a specific locked-device error, while the same transactions succeed after unlocking; verify both flows in Chrome on macOS.
