[Bug]: Unable to Cancel Withdrawal from Activity

### Describe the bug

Unable to cancel a pending withdrawal from the Activity screen. The cancellation action does not complete successfully.

### Expected behavior

User should be able to cancel the withdraw or should not be provide with cancel button.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to the application.
2. Withdraw Perps amount
3. Navigate to the Activity screen.
4. Select the Cancel Withdrawal option.
