[Bug]: mUSD Get started banner not dismissed after convert transactions

### Describe the bug

The Get started screen is displayed multiple times, after every convert transaction

### Expected behavior

mUSD convert Get started should only be displayed once

### Steps to reproduce

1. Click mUSD token
2. Click convert for any stable coin
3. Click Get started
4. Type amount
5. Click convert
6. Notice transaction is successful and Get started displayed again
