[Bug]: Sent Activity is missing in default list in Activity/Token details page and token logo is not displaying for any of the custom networks

### Describe the bug

- When viewing the Activity list with All default networks selected, the Sent Activity is not displayed for any of the custom networks (like: Chiliz, Stable Mainnet, Mantle, Injective, BOB) in Activity list
- The Sent activity is missing in the Your Activity section of the Token details page as well for any of the custom tokens
- When viewing the Activity list with any specific custom network selected (like: Chiliz, Stable Mainnet, Mantle, Injective, BOB), the Sent activity is displayed but the token logo is missing in the list and details page
