Description

### Describe the bug

When I have selected a hardware wallet account and open the network list, I see a list of networks way longer than the EOA network list:
Bitcoin Testnet, Bitcoin Testnet4, Bitcoin Mutinynet, Bitcoin Regtest, Solana Testnet, Solana Devnet, Tron Nile, Tron Shasta, Stellar Testnet (all disabled, as expected), whereas on EAO I don't see these networks at all (not in the testnet section neither)

### Expected behavior

All those networks should either be shown to all type of accounts or to none

### Screenshots/Recordings

### Steps to reproduce

1. Import a ledger account
2. Click Networks
3. See long list of networks and testnets (non EVM are disabled as expected)
4. No select a regular EOA account
5. See shorter list of networks, those non EVM testnets are not available (neither in the Testnets section)
