[Bug]: Error when clicking Report an issue on blockaid banner for Malicious Seaport

### Describe the bug

When trigering Malicious Seaport from the test dapp and clicking on Report an issue link from Blockaid banner, it leads to error page: Error: URI Too Long

2. Trigger MALICIOUS SEAPORT
3. Click See details in the Blockaid banner
4. Click Report an issue
5. Notice page with error opens
