[Bug]: Unable to deposit on Perps after adding custom network

### Describe the bug

After adding custom network from Chainlist and going to perps deposit screen, there is no token dropdown displayed and Add funds button is greyed out.

The issue is fixed after switching network and trying again

Unable to reproduce on chrome.

1. Install MM on Firefox
2. Go to chainlist and add custom network
3. Go to Perps and click Add funds

Start by reproducing the Perps deposit flow in Firefox after adding a custom network through Chainlist, and compare it with the successful retry after switching networks. Trace the Perps deposit screen's token dropdown and Add funds state; done means the token dropdown appears and Add funds is enabled on the first attempt.
