[Bug]: Token management: Cannot enable hidden token when upgrading to v13.33.0

**Describe the bug**

When upgrading from v13.32.0 prod build to v13.33.0 RC build, it's not possible to enable hidden token USDC on Monad network. the toggle does not work.

Workaround is to import it as a custom token.

Unable to reproduce with other hidden tokens from other networks, as they are added automatically after upgrade.

**Expected behavior**

Be able to enable USDC token on Monad

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Install MetaMask v13.32.0
2. Have USDC token on Monad network
3. Hide USDC token
4. Upgrade to v13.33.0
5. Go to Manage tokens
6. Search for USDC on Monad network
7. Notice it's not possible to toggle it ON
