### Describe the bug

Internal Error dialog doesn't respect selected theme (light). It's displayed as a dark-mode dialog

### Expected behavior

Respect selected theme if possible?

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open MM
2. Select light mode (if not already selected)
3. Lock the wallet
4. Open Application storage
5. Delete Keyring
6. Go to chrome extensions page and click Reload
7. Open MM
8. See internal error dialog displayed in dark mode
