[Bug]: Funded Perps Activity displayed for all networks when switching to Arbitrum

### Describe the bug

In the Activity tab, when switching to Arbitrum network, it displays all `Funded Perps` activity for all networks.

### Expected behavior

Each corresponding network to display funded perps activity

### Steps to reproduce

1. Add funds to Perps from various networks
2. Go to Activity tab
3. Switch to Arbitrum network
4. Notice all Funded Perps transactions are displayed

Start by reproducing the issue in the Activity tab with funded Perps transactions from multiple networks, then switch to Arbitrum and inspect how the activity list applies the selected network. Trace the Activity tab's network filtering from the displayed transactions. Done means each network shows only its corresponding funded Perps activity, with the reproduction steps no longer showing cross-network results.
