## Context / motivation
BIE Chain metadata is merged into standard chain registries (e.g. `ethereum-lists/chains`, Chainlist). End users still see a **generic** MetaMask network icon; we would like the **same official icon** to appear in the MetaMask UI for chainId **1342**, consistent with other natively supported networks.
