Description

### Describe the bug

Network search is enabled when metamask is connected to an app

Image

But in the default networks section under the tokens, its not searchable. It makes it harder to find the right ones, when you have a lot of networks

2. click Managed networks to see the search at the top

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in MetaMask 13.28.0 in Brave on macOS: compare Managed networks after connecting to an app with the Networks view under Tokens when disconnected. Confirm whether search is absent in both Popular and Custom sections. Done means network search is available and works in the disconnected Tokens view as it does in Managed networks.
