[Bug]: Default Settings from onboarding different from wallet Settings

### Describe the bug

During the onboarding flow, accessing Default Settings displays the old view, not the new one.

For example:

- Basic functionality is in Privacy, not in General anymore
- IPFS Gateway is in Privacy, to in Assets anymore

**Expected behavior**

Align Default Settings from Onboarding with wallet settings after onboarding
