[Bug]: ETH chain: Discrepancies with Max amount in Send page and Send confirmation page

### Describe the bug

Discrepancies observed for Max amount calculations for ETH chain in Send page and Send confirmation page. Also observed a different value while checking Max in Swap page.

**In Send page, when Available ETH balance was: 0.00102, clicking the Max populates the value as 0.00098...:**

**But in Send confirmation page, the value is reduced to 0.00096**

**whereas clicking on Max in Swap ETH page correctly populates the full ETH amount:**

The Max amounts should be consistently displayed and full applicable amount (less the fees) should be sent.

2. Initiate Swap operation for ETH token and click on Max, verify the amount
3. Send the Max amount and check the remaining balance - It is observed that an amount of 0.0000200 ETH ($0.05) always remains as balance in the account.
