[Bug]: “Introducing multichain accounts” modal dialog cannot be closed

### Describe the bug

Updated to v13.18.1. When I open the extension, it shows me this modal dialog, which I cannot close by any means. It prevents me from using my wallet entirely.

Modal dialog can be closed.
