Snap Accounts display $0.00 aggregated balance despite having balance.
The balance next to the Account List is correctly displayed, but the balance from the Home screen is always 0

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Add Snap Account from Experimental Settings
2. Click Accounts
3. Click Create Account --> Snap
4. Click Para
5. Create a Para Account
6. Send some ETH to it
7. See aggregated balance displays $0.00 despite token balance is correctly loaded

Reproduce the issue through the Accounts flow described: enable Snap Accounts, create a Para account, fund it with ETH, and compare the Account List with the Home screen. Trace how the aggregated balance is calculated and displayed in both screens; done means the Home balance matches the correctly loaded account balance.
